The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Fulbright Student Program (Master’s & PhD) and the Fulbright-Higher Education Commission (HEC) PhD Program. This fully funded scholarship covers graduate studies at top universities in the United States. The application deadline is March 15, 2025. The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required for all applicants.

Who is Ineligible?
The following individuals are not eligible to apply:
❌ Persons holding dual U.S./Pakistan nationality or those with a spouse, parent, fiancé, or child over 18 years of age who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. ❌ Employees of Fulbright, U.S. Department of State, USAID, or HEC, along with their immediate family members. ❌ Candidates already studying in the U.S. or holding a work/residence visa in any other country. ❌ Previous Fulbright student grant recipients.
